As an Associate Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting revenue growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and contribute to the overall success of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Support Senior Account Manager in maintaining and growing client relationships.
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Prospecting for new clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met.
- Assist in analyzing account performance and preparing reports.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.
- Help resolve client issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide strategic insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Excel, and Outlook.
