Job Summary
A Tube-Bending CNC operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC tube-bending machines to shape metal tubes according to engineering specifications. This role requires technical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of machine operations.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC tube bending machines according to job specifications.
- Load and unload metal tubing into the machine.
- Adjust machine settings for accurate bends based on blueprints and work orders.
- Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, protractors) to ensure precision.
- Inspect bent tubes for defects and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain quality standards and follow company procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC bending machines.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine errors or malfunctions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Follow workplace safety regulations and ensure a clean work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience operating CNC tube bending machines or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with measuring tools and quality control processes.
- Basic programming knowledge for CNC adjustments (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Ability to lift and move heavy tubing required

Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour
