1969
Minnesota Flexible Corporation founded as a fabricator of metal hose assemblies in Minnetonka, MN.
1993
Business moves into a new facility in St. Paul, MN.
2006
MFC acquires Midwest Hydraline which adds two fabrication facilities in Galesburg and Peoria, IL.
2008
MFC opens a second facility in Grand Rapids, MN to help support its growing hydraulic hose business.
2010
MFC purchases bending, forming, and brazing equipment to launch its Formed Tubing Division.
2013
MFC acquires General Rubber Company which adds facilities in Milwaukee and Appleton, WI.
2015
Because of continued growth, MFC moves its headquarters to a larger facility in South St. Paul, MN.
2019
MFC moves into a new Menomonee Falls facility nearly doubling its footprint in Wisconsin.
2023
MFC expands its South St. Paul plant to establish a dedicated hydraulic assembly facility.
2024
MFC invests significantly in automation equipment to greatly expand formed tubing capabilities and capacity
